Management of your user account
Your user account at WECY website must be handled with care. Personal data are stored with your account that can be used for malicious activities should it be leaked. For your personal integrity it is important that login credentials are handled with care and not spread to other parties. Your user account is your personal property and should therefore not be shared with anyone else and the credentials must be kept to yourself and no one else. For security reasons you should not use the same password for your WECY user account and other websites. If you for any reason suspect that some one else has access to your user account you must immediately contact WECY at email@example.com.
We have highly trained personnel for these matters and will take necessary actions. We take security issues very seriously.
When WECY has received your order we will send you an electronic confirmation of your purchase to the email address from your user account profile. This confirmation may contain an invoice depending on the payment method for your purchase. Due to this it is important that you verify your email address when you place an order. We recommend that you save the purchase confirmation to facilitate potential future contact with WECY customer services related to your purchase. The purchase confirmation also constitutes acknowledgement (receipt) of your purchase.
WECY gives you the possibility to pay with Paypal for customers located outside from Sweden. Swedish customers are offered payment through Klarna Checkout. In case of questions with regard to payments please contact Paypal (or Klarna) for assistance. Should you for some reason need to contact WECY please do so at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All prices listed at the WECY website are specified including VAT in accordance with applicable legislation. Deliveries of products outside of the EU, VAT is deducted from the amount stated on the page. Please note that for orders to countries outside of the EU, import duties and taxes may apply, which will be added when shipping reaches the destination address. You as a customer are responsible for paying additional fees, taxes and the like. Since WECY is not able to predict these fees we cannot estimate the amount. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for more information.
Orders must be placed by the owner of the user account used for the purchase. An order placed with another name without the person’s consent will be reported to the authorities. WECY reserves the right to change and correct prices on all orders, including final purchases. If a price is incorrect this could lead to WECY canceling the purchase and making a full refund. WECY reserves the right to do this at any time.
As a customer you have the right to return the goods within 14 days from the day the goods were received. This right applies only on condition that the product and its original packaging are returned in the same condition as it was received. If you as a customer want to use the right to return the goods you need to contact WECY customer service to get a return address where to send the goods. Returns are payed by the customer. In the event that an item has been damaged during shipment to the customer, WECY must be notified within 7 days from the date that the shipment was received for compensation. Carefully check that the packaging is not damaged. Should this be the case, WECY must be contacted before the packaging is opened.
Campaigns and discount
All discounted campaigns are valid for a limited time only. Under normal circumstances several offers cannot be combined in one purchase. Exceptions to this can only be approved by WECY personnel. Discount codes or coupons can only be used once per customer and purchase. Unless otherwise stated, the code is only applicable on the basis of the regular price (not on sale) and cannot be combined with other discounts.
In the event of obvious abuse of offers, such as coupons and promotional codes, WECY reserves the right to cancel the current order.
Promotions and discount codes only apply to new orders and cannot be used retroactively.
WECY will always ship your order as soon as possible. Normal processing of an order takes place within 1-2 working days after confirmation of your order and can be expected to be delivered within 1-4 working days for deliveries within Sweden, and 2-15 working days for international deliveries. Delivery times are only to be considered as estimates and may take longer than what is normal during high season (e.g. Christmas, Black week and other promotional periods). In the event of a delay of delivery of more than fifteen (15) working days after the estimated delivery time, please contact us for investigation and necessary action.
WECY ensures that all products are carefully checked for quality control before being sent to our customers.
We cannot guarantee that the colors in the web shop will reflect in detail the product colors.
Deliveries and cancellations
WECY delivers products all over the world. Deliveries within Sweden's borders are made with Swedish Postnord. You have the right to cancel an order and return the goods by contacting WECY customer service. Read more about returns under “Ordering” on this page.
If you find that a delivery is unusually delayed (however at least 15 full working days from the customer being notified that the product was sent) and you no longer wish to make the purchase, it is up to you to cancel the order. If the shipment of an order has already been sent, the customer must collect the order. A cancellation is not valid until a confirmation has been received by WECY via email. For a product that has been discontinued from the product range, WECY reserves the right to cancel the purchase and make a refund to the customer. In this case, the customer will be notified and be offered a corresponding product if possible.
WECY offer 2 years warranty on all products valid from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects on the product. If you want a replacement product that is covered by this warranty, please contact WECY customer service. In the email, please enter your name, address, order number and describe the defect in detail. Enter "Complaint of purchase" as the subject of your email or letter. The return shipment is paid by WECY. If WECY does not find any of the defects specified in the description, the product will be returned to the customer which needs to be paid by the customer. WECY is not responsible for the repair of goods.
Any complaints about the product received should be made to WECY customer service via email. Please provide your order number and a clear description preferably with clarifying images if required for the reason for the complaint. We will return as soon as we can with further instructions and possible return of the product.
It is important that you as a customer carefully examine the product when you receive it. If your item is damaged during transport, this must be reported immediately to the carrier. This applies whether or not it is a visible damage. If you find that the product has been damaged or does not match the product you ordered, please contact us within 7 days from receiving the product.
Incorrect products to be returned to WECY must still be treated with care by the customer and as if they were faultless. Whatever the reason for return, it is of great importance that the product is packaged so that it cannot be damaged during transportation. In the event that a returned product has no defects, WECY will return the product to the customer and the customer needs to pay for the shipment. If a product is to be replaced, this is done with a product of the corresponding model. Should a returned item have been removed from the product range, a similar product will be offered or refund of the value of the product will be paid to the customer. If a dispute arises between you as a customer and WECY and we are unable to resolve the dispute, you have the opportunity to send a complaint to the EU's online dispute resolution function: Online Dispute Resolution. WECY’s responsibility for defects related to delivery is limited in accordance with applicable delivery terms for the relevant delivery and what follows from these terms.
Our liability to the customer for any losses or damages arising in connection with your order from WECY is limited to the total amount of your order. WECY accepts no liability for indirect losses.
WECY is exempt from liability and other penalties caused by circumstances beyond WECY's control. Examples of such circumstances are attributed to state intervention, new or amended legislation, wars, fires, floods, interruptions in work, prohibitions, restrictions, sabotage, poor transport and weather conditions, non-delivery from suppliers or the fact that WECY or its partners would be subject to criminal activity.
User generated content
WECY's website may contain user-generated content from, for example, social media. WECY takes no legal responsibility for such material. In case you suspect a copyright infringement or other infringement, please contact WECY customer service.
All products remain WECY property until its full payment has been made. Product images produced by WECY and publications on this website or by WECY’s associated ownership shall be deemed to belong to WECY. Use of property belonging to WECY must be notified and approved before use is permitted.
All fraud attempts will be reported to authorities. WECY reserves the right to cancel a purchase on suspicion of a crime.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
Swedish law applies to these terms and conditions and use of this site. To the extent permitted by law, the Swedish court shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of these terms or your use of the website except in cases where WECY itself chooses to take legal action against a customer or user where it is domiciled.
Termination of user account
WECY reserves the right to terminate your user account and/or your use of the website at its sole discretion.
The validity of clauses
If one or more of these conditions are declared invalid or sentenced as ineffective by a court or supervisory authority, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining terms.
Intellectual property rights
The intellectual property rights, such as trademark and copyright, on www.wecy.se / www.wecysportswear.com, which belong to WECY may not be used for commercial purposes without WECY's permission. All use of www.wecy.se / www.wecysportswear.com or its contents, including copying or storing such content in its entirety or parts thereof, other than for your own personal use, is prohibited without permission from WECY.
This website, www.wecy.se / www.wecysportswear.com, is exclusively owned by WECY AB. All material appearing on this site is reserved to WECY AB.
WECY reserves the right to correct prices, incur extra costs, make changes to the product range and related information without prior notice. Our aim with product images and descriptive texts is to provide as accurate and true-to-life images of each product as possible. Errors can occur and we gratefully receive comments on how we can improve information about products. WECY cannot guarantee that all products in all images have the same appearance in reality as colors may be affected by light and other external circumstances. Product images should therefore be considered as illustrations. Settings on your monitor and other equipment can also affect how product images are perceived.
