Terms and conditions

This page describes the terms of use applicable for purchases made from as well as use of WECY web pages, www.wecy.se and www.wecysportswear.com. The conditions described form an agreement between you and WECY AB, organizational number 559207-7720, Barrstigen 1A, 135 50 Tyresö, Sweden (hereinafter “WECY”, “we”, or “us\”).
Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Please verify your email address before placing an order. The confirmation serves as your receipt.
Payment

We offer secure payment via Klarna, Svea, or card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express) through Shopify. For questions regarding payments, contact us at hello@wecy.se.

Corporate Invoice

-Credit Check: Customary checks are done via Svea Bank AB.

-Payment Terms: Due within 30 days. Late payments incur a fee of 60 SEK and 2% monthly interest.

-Assignment: Invoices are assigned to Svea Bank AB.

-GDPR: Read Svea's privacy policy at svea.com/dataskydd.
Prices

All prices include VAT within the EU. Outside the EU, VAT is deducted and local import taxes may apply. These are the customer's responsibility.
Ordering

Orders must be placed by the account holder. Fraudulent orders will be reported. WECY reserves the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders accordingly.
Right of Return

As a customer, you have the right to return goods within 30 days from the day you received them, provided that:

-Items are unused, unwashed, and in original condition

-All original hangtags are attached

-Items are returned in original packaging where possible

To initiate a return, contact hello@wecy.se. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
Campaigns & Discounts

Discounts are time-limited and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. Codes apply to regular-priced items unless stated otherwise. Misuse may result in cancellation.
Delivery

We aim to ship orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery within Sweden takes 1–4 business days; international deliveries may take 2–15 business days. Delays may occur during peak periods. If your delivery is delayed by more than 15 working days, please contact us.

WECY inspects all products prior to shipment. Colors on screen may vary slightly from actual product color.

Deliveries & Cancellations

We ship worldwide. Within Sweden, we use PostNord. If you wish to cancel an order, contact us. If your order has already shipped, you must collect it.

Unclaimed Packages: If a package is returned to us, we charge a fee of 180 SEK to cover shipping and administration.

If a product is discontinued, WECY may cancel your order and offer a refund or replacement.
Warranty

We offer a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Contact info@wecy.se with order details and a description of the issue. If no fault is found, return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
Complaints

If a product is incorrect or damaged, contact us within 7 days of receipt. Include order number and description/photos of the issue. Treat all returns with care and use secure packaging.

For disputes, visit the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
Responsibility

WECY’s liability is limited to the value of your order. We are not responsible for indirect losses.
Force Majeure

WECY is not liable for delays due to events beyond our control (e.g., war, natural disaster, supplier issues, criminal activity).
User-Generated Content

We do not take responsibility for content shared by users (e.g., social media). Contact us if you believe content violates your rights.
Ownership

Products remain WECY’s property until full payment is received. Use of WECY’s images or content requires written approval.
Fraud

Fraud attempts will be reported to the authorities. WECY reserves the right to cancel suspicious orders.
Applicable Law

Swedish law applies. Disputes will be settled in Swedish courts unless WECY chooses otherwise.
Termination

WECY reserves the right to terminate user accounts at our discretion.
Severability

If any clause is found invalid, the rest of the terms remain in effect.
Intellectual Property

All content on www.wecy.se and www.wecysportswear.com is owned by WECY and may not be used without permission.
Personal Data

We store personal data for order fulfillment. You can request access or deletion of your data. We use cookies to enhance your experience. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
Product Information

We aim for accuracy but reserve the right to correct errors. Images may vary depending on screen settings.
Amendments

These terms may be updated. The version in effect at the time of purchase applies.
