Terms and conditions
This page describes the terms of use applicable for purchases made from as well as use of WECY web pages, www.wecy.se and www.wecysportswear.com. The conditions described form an agreement between you and WECY AB, organizational number 559207-7720, Barrstigen 1A, 135 50 Tyresö, Sweden (hereinafter “WECY”, “we”, or “us\”).
Management of your user account
Your user account must be handled with care. Personal data are stored with your account that can be used for malicious activities if leaked. Do not share your login credentials and ensure you use a unique password. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately at info@wecy.se. We take security matters very seriously.
Order Confirmation
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Please verify your email address before placing an order. The confirmation serves as your receipt.
Payment
We offer secure payment via Klarna, Svea, or card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express) through Shopify. For questions regarding payments, contact us at customer.service@wecy.se.
Corporate Invoice
-Credit Check: Customary checks are done via Svea Bank AB.
-Payment Terms: Due within 30 days. Late payments incur a fee of 60 SEK and 2% monthly interest.
-Assignment: Invoices are assigned to Svea Bank AB.
All prices include VAT within the EU. Outside the EU, VAT is deducted and local import taxes may apply. These are the customer's responsibility.
Ordering
Orders must be placed by the account holder. Fraudulent orders will be reported. WECY reserves the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders accordingly.
Right of Return
As a customer, you have the right to return goods within 30 days from the day you received them, provided that:
-Items are unused, unwashed, and in original condition
-All original hangtags are attached
-Items are returned in original packaging where possible
To initiate a return, contact info@wecy.se. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
Campaigns & Discounts
Discounts are time-limited and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. Codes apply to regular-priced items unless stated otherwise. Misuse may result in cancellation.
Delivery
We aim to ship orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery within Sweden takes 1–4 business days; international deliveries may take 2–15 business days. Delays may occur during peak periods. If your delivery is delayed by more than 15 working days, please contact us.
WECY inspects all products prior to shipment. Colors on screen may vary slightly from actual product color.
We ship worldwide. Within Sweden, we use PostNord. If you wish to cancel an order, contact us. If your order has already shipped, you must collect it.
Unclaimed Packages: If a package is returned to us, we charge a fee of 180 SEK to cover shipping and administration.
If a product is discontinued, WECY may cancel your order and offer a refund or replacement.
Warranty
We offer a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Contact info@wecy.se with order details and a description of the issue. If no fault is found, return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
Complaints
If a product is incorrect or damaged, contact us within 7 days of receipt. Include order number and description/photos of the issue. Treat all returns with care and use secure packaging.

We aim for accuracy but reserve the right to correct errors. Images may vary depending on screen settings.
Amendments
These terms may be updated. The version in effect at the time of purchase applies.
