Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to feel completely confident and happy with your WECY purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you are welcome to return or exchange items within 30 days of receiving your delivery.

1. Return Conditions

We want you to love your WECY piece.

But if something isn’t quite right, you’re welcome to return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

To keep our process fair and mindful, please make sure your item:

  • Is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Has all original tags and hangtags attached
  • Includes the original packaging, where possible

We carefully inspect all returned items. Returns that don’t meet these conditions may not be accepted or may be subject to a partial refund.

Every return helps us grow towards a more responsible way of creating, thank you for being part of that journey.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, we’re unable to accept returns of used, worn, or washed items.

Each piece must be returned in the same condition it arrived — clean, with no marks or stains, and with all original hangtags attached.

Every WECY piece is crafted with care, and we kindly ask you to treat it the same way when returning it. This helps us reduce waste and ensure that every item we handle can be loved again.

3. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for another size or color, please contact us at hello@wecy.se before sending the product.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We want your WECY piece to fit perfectly thank you for helping us handle exchanges mindfully and sustainably.

4. How to Return

To initiate a return, please email us at hello@wecy.se with your order number and the reason for return.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as WECY is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days from the day we receive the item.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the case of defective or incorrect items.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at hello@wecy.se with a description and photo of the issue.

We will cover all shipping costs and ensure a quick resolution, so you can enjoy your WECY piece as intended.
