Return & Exchange Policy – WECY AB
We want you to feel completely confident and happy with your WECY purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you are welcome to return or exchange items within 30 days of receiving your delivery.
1. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:
30 days of delivery
unused, unwashed, and in original condition
original tags and hangtags must still be attached to the product original packaging where possible
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted or may be subject to a partial refund.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as WECY is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will: 5–10 business days from the day we receive the item
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the case of defective or incorrect items.

If you receive a defective or wrong item, please contact us immediately at hello@wecy.se with a description and photo. We will cover all costs and ensure a quick resolution.
